Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 November 2026
Nature & Beyond Luxury plans private journeys in Bhutan, Vietnam and Indonesia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into our enquiry forms (Plan your trip, Contact us, and the Enquire forms on itinerary and hotel pages):
- Your name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
- Trip details you choose to share: destination, travel month or dates, number of guests, travel style, budget and any comments
- The page you came from, so we know which trip or hotel you asked about
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and plan the journey you asked about
- To send you an acknowledgement that we received your enquiry
- To follow up about the same trip. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails unless you ask for them
Where it is stored
Your enquiry is saved to a private Google Sheet and sent by email to our team, both on our Google Workspace account. Access is limited to the people who plan trips. Google processes this data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. When we arrange your trip we share what is needed (for example names and travel dates) with the hotels, guides, drivers and other local partners who deliver it. We may also share information where the law requires it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not set cookies of its own. Some destination pages embed a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set its own cookies when you play it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to plan your trip and answer follow-up questions, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@natureandbeyondluxury.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Our forms are meant for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date above.
