These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you send us. By using the site you agree to them.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A trip is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation and the payment terms set out in it have been met.
Prices and availability
Prices, dates and itineraries on this website are a guide. They depend on season, group size, hotel and flight availability and exchange rates, and can change until a booking is confirmed. Festival dates follow the Bhutanese calendar and can be revised by the authorities. Where a price is shown as "On request", we will quote you for your dates.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment schedules, change fees and cancellation terms are agreed in writing when we confirm your trip. They reflect the terms of the hotels, airlines and other suppliers involved, so they can differ from trip to trip.
Travel documents and visas
You are responsible for a valid passport, visas, permits, insurance and any health requirements for the countries you visit. We will guide you, but entry rules are set by each country and can change. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
Our role and liability
We arrange journeys using independent hotels, guides, drivers and transport providers. We take care in choosing them, but we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or extra cost caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, landslides, road or flight disruption, strikes, illness, or government action. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
